Most AI training teaches tricks that expire in three months. We teach the mechanics underneath: how models reason, where they fail, how to set them up so they understand you, and how to design workflows that compound instead of decay. The frameworks we use — cause-and-effect and first principles — were not invented for AI. They've been used in physics, in business design, in performance coaching, for decades. We just apply them rigorously to the thing everyone else is winging.
